Used to by Soul Master, and can also be used by Magic Gladiator.
The Staff can be combined with Inquisitor Set, and Shield of Arcas.
Acquisition
The Black Edition Items can be acquired from Web Shop at www.infinitymu.net with Gold Credits.
In game, they drop from Box of Secrets and from Kundun. You can upgrade the items with full excellent options by using Jewel of Excellent.
