Network & Account Stability
Why can't I connect to the server?
1.
Check if your internet is stable.
2.
Check if you've allowed InfinityMU to bypass your firewall or turn off your firewall and antivirus program.
3.
Check with others or a staff member to see if a server is available.
4.
Recall a moment in which you violated one of the Game Rules / check the ban list at the rankings section.
5.
Check with AutoUpdate.exe (located at InfinityMu Client folder). Run the tool to get the latest updates.
Why am I disconnecting so much?
1.
Check if your internet is stable.
2.
Try turning your effects off. When you log into your character, press ESC to open the options window. Click on the Option tab. For Effect limitation, set them to Minimum Option & Minimum Setting.
4.
Use Exitlag / PingZapper or alternatives. For our premium members we offer PingZapper access. (GFX Team, Top Contributor , SuperVIP, VIP, Forum Hero, Special Infinitian and Legend). Please check our forums > Premium Area > General section for more information.
I have characters in my account but I can't see them!?
1.
Log into your account by typing your account name without caps (no big letters). Accounts are also case-sensitive, if for example, your account is named UserName then you will have to enter it that way so you can login successfully and use your characters.
2.
Try to re-install InfinityMU.
3.
Contact InfinityMu Staff at forums or submit ticket. Allow up to 12 hours (most of times immediately) for us to reply with an resolutions on your problem.
Technical Client Configuration
Why does the client installation don't work?
There's a possibility that your download is corrupted. Use a download manager such as FreeDownloadManager & use the direct download mirror. This will not only smoothly download the client, but make your download faster!
How do I change the resolution of my game?
Run the InfinityMU Game Launcher (Launcher.exe). At the bottom-left of the launcher's window, there's a button 'Option'. Click the button that will open up the options window. Adjust the options to your liking & then click "Apply."

If you want to switch to fullscreen (by unchecking window mode), make sure the resolution is set to 1024 x 768!
¿ Custom Client Features ?
Disable game fog / mist: Hit button F10 on keyboard to disable or enable fog effects.
3D Camera module: Hit button "F9" on your keyboard to enable 3d camera; Mouse+Scroll to Zoom-In/Out and rotate; Click "F9" to freeze the 3D view to your own preference; Back to default view hit button "End" on your keyboard.
Disable/enable Mini Map: Hit button "Tab" on your keyboard to enable / disable mini map.
Auto Right Click: Hit button "F8" on your keyboard to enable / disable auto right click.

I have duplicate items in my inventory / vault, how to get rid of them?
1.
Log into your Web Panel go to Character Options then hit 'Clear Dupes' on destination character.
2.
Register in our forums and create new thread report in 'Bug Reports' section or >submit ticket.
I teleported to a map & now I am stuck some place where I can't move! What do I do?
           If you've warped to a map & appear to be somewhere random, exit the game & login into our Web Panel select "Teleport Character." and move your character to Lorencia

How do I get Item FULL OPTION items without a credit card?

           The vote system checks both account and IP address, this means if someone has already voted from your IP address you will not be able to vote.
