The **Market** is the heartbeat of InfinityMU. It is where players buy, sell, and trade items, ranging from basic crafting materials to high-tier "Uber" sets.

The main trading hub is located in **Lorencia** (Server 1). This is where players set up personal stores, recruit for guilds, and socialize.

Trading Channels

There are three primary ways to buy and sell items on InfinityMU.

1. Personal Store (Display Only)

Players can open a personal shop to display items to passersby in Lorencia.

  • **Usage:** Press **I** (Inventory) → Click **Personal Store** button.
  • **Important:** In InfinityMU, the Personal Store is used for **Display Purposes Only**.
You cannot buy items directly with Zen. You must whisper the player to negotiate a trade.

2. Global Chat (/post)

For real-time announcements visible to the entire server, use the Post command.

  • **Command:** /post [Message]
  • **Requirement:** Level **400**
  • **Visibility:** Seen by all players in the server, regardless of map.
  • **Cost:** Zen is consumed per message.

3. Forum Market

For high-value trades or offline selling, the Forum Market Place is the best venue.

  • **Organization:** The forum is divided by class (BK, SM, Elf, etc.) for easy browsing.
  • **Benefit:** Your items remain listed even when you are offline.

Secure Trading (Anti-Scam)

For high-stakes transactions (e.g., involving real money, large credit amounts, or Uber items), do **NOT** trade alone.
