3rd Level Wings are the pinnacle of character equipment. Available only to those who have completed their Third Class Quest, these wings offer superior defense, damage, and a unique **5% chance to ignore defense** (Return Damage).

All 3rd Level Wings provide a special bonus: **Successful attacks cause the target to lose 3% HP** (bypassing defense).

Crafting Guide

Creating these wings requires a complex, two-stage transmutation process at the Chaos Goblin.

Stage 1: The Feather of Condor

First, you must create the magical feather.

Stage 2: The Final Combination

Once you have the Feather, you can attempt to create the wings.
