To create 2nd Level Wings, you must visit the **Chaos Goblin** in Noria and select "Regular Combination".

Required Materials

The recipe differs slightly depending on whether you are making standard wings or the Cape of Lord.

Standard Wings (BK, SM, Elf, MG) Cape of Lord (DL)
  • 1x **Level 1 Wing** (Min Level +4 / +4 Option)
  • 1x **Loch's Feather** (Blue Feather)
  • 1x **Jewel of Chaos**
  • Optional: Excellent Item +4 (Increases Success Rate)
  • 1x **Level 1 Wing** (Min Level +4 / +4 Option)
  • 1x **Monarch Crest**
  • 1x **Jewel of Chaos**
  • Optional: Excellent Item +4 (Increases Success Rate)

Success Rate & Risk

  • **Max Success Rate:** 90%
  • **Failure Penalty:** If the combination fails, all items disappear.
  • **Random Output:** The resulting wing type is **random** (Dragon, Soul, Spirit, or Darkness) when using a Feather. Using a Crest guarantees a Cape.
