Applying this jewel to an item grants a random Harmony Option. The potency of the resulting option is tied directly to the current level of the item:

Example: An Armor at +13 will yield Damage Decrease +7%.

Note: To change a Harmony option, you must first remove the existing one using a Jewel of Extraction.
