Strongest Scepter known to be used by Dark Lords and Dark Emperors. The Stryker Scepter possess greater attack power than the Season 4 item, Absolute Scepter. Many Dark lords quests to obtain this scepter to destroy stronger opponents that even an Absolute Scepter cannot over-power.
