There was once a lost civilization behind the clouds. Annually, they hold a gladiatory fight to honor their golden phoenix deity. The said gladiators would be put into the arena wearing nothing but a brass helm and pants. The pants represent dignity and courage where no armor can defend against one's foe's attacks. The helm serves as a protection to keep the gladiator's head intact. This is important since the underachiever's head will be severed and put into a pike for display. Disgracing their deity is a crime that the only sentence is death.
