The **Chaos Goblin** is one of the most essential NPCs in the game. He operates the **Chaos Machine**, allowing players to upgrade items, craft wings, and create event tickets.

- **General Upgrade:** Upgrade items from **+10** to **+13** (and beyond).
- **Pink Options:** Add special PvP options to **Season 3 (Level 380)** items.

- **Wings:** Create 2nd Level Wings and 3rd Level Wings.
- **Pets:** Craft a Horn of Dinorant or the majestic Fenrir.
🧪 Potions & Fruits
