After completed the first part of the Marlon's Quest, he will then ask you to search for Dark Stone (Blade Knight) as the second and last part of the quest. Dark Stone can be bought from NPC in Lorencia's Bar also.

Marlon's Quest (Class Evolution)

Marlon the Guard

The Hero's Status Marlon grants the second class evolution. Completing this quest grants the ability to wear high-level wings, specialized sets, and for Blade Knights, the ability to use the Combo Skill.

Requirements:

  • Level: 220+
  • Zen: 3,000,000
  • Classes: Blade Knight, Muse Elf, Soul Master.
  • Note: Magic Gladiators (MG) and Dark Lords (DL) do not need this quest.

Where to find Marlon

Marlon is a wanderer. If you cannot find him in one city, check the others. He moves randomly between these locations:

Lorencia Noria Devias Atlans
Near Potion Girl Near Vault Near Weapon Shop Near Safezone Exit

Quest Walkthrough

Part 1: The Ring of Honor

Required for: Blade Knight, Muse Elf, Soul Master

Quest Item Instructions

Ring of Honor
  1. Talk to Marlon (Level 220 required).
  2. He will ask for the Ring of Honor.
  3. Acquisition:
    • Easy Method: Buy from the Lumberjack NPC in Lorencia Bar.
    • Hard Method: Hunt monsters in Tarkan.
  4. Return to Marlon to complete the evolution.
    • Reward: Gain +1 Stat Point for every level (Retroactive) and ability to wear Gen 2 Wings.

Part 2: The Dark Stone

Required for: Blade Knight Only

Dark Stone
  1. After finishing Part 1, talk to Marlon again.
  2. He will ask for the Dark Stone.
  3. Acquisition:
    • Easy Method: Buy from the Lumberjack NPC in Lorencia Bar.
    • Hard Method: Hunt monsters in Tarkan.
  4. Return to Marlon to finish the quest.
    • Reward: Unlocks the Combo Skill.
