Welcome to the Help Section

The Help Section is dedicated to assisting all InfinityMU members with in-game and forum issues. As the first stop for new members facing challenges, we ask everyone to remain courteous. You will receive support from both dedicated staff and experienced community members.

There are no stupid questions here—never hesitate to ask for help! However, before opening a new thread, please review this guide. You might find the exact answer you're looking for right here.

Account Management

How to Change Your Password

1. Log in to your account on the InfinityMU Website. 2. Navigate to Account Settings. 3. Input your current password, followed by your new desired password, and save.

Password & Account Recovery

If you have forgotten your login credentials, follow these steps: 1. Go to the InfinityMU Website. 2. Under the Account Panel, click "Forgot Password". 3. Type in your account username or email, and click submit. 4. Check your email inbox for a confirmation link. 5. Click the link to be redirected to the password reset page.

Lost Account Details

If you have lost access to your email address or don't remember your credentials, please open a ticket via the InfinityMU 24/7 Support System.

Please provide the following in your ticket:

• Which detail is missing (Username or Email Address).
• The Email Address (if you lost your username) OR the Username (if you lost your email address).
• 2 to 3 Character names associated with the account.
• A screenshot of the character selection screen (if possible).
• Proof of donation (if applicable).

In-Game Assistance

Adding Stat Points

You can add stats instantly in-game using the following commands:

• /addstr x (Strength)
• /addagi x (Agility)
• /addvit x (Vitality)
• /addene x (Energy)
• /addcom x (Command - Dark Lord only)

Example: /addstr 5000 adds 5,000 points to Strength. > Note: You can also distribute your stat points directly through your account panel on the InfinityMU Website.

Lost Item Retrieval

If you lost items due to a server crash, lag, or accidental deletion, submit a report via the InfinityMU 24/7 Support System.

Required Information:

• Account Username & Character Name:
• Reason for item disappearance (Brief explanation):
• Exact items lost (Include options and upgrade levels):
• Do you have a "pilot" (someone else who uses your account)?:
• Donation Details (If the lost items were donated for):
• Contact Email:
• Evidence: How to create a screenshot

⚠️ Important: Items that were not purchased from our Web Shop are not refundable.

Trade-Related Assistance

For large trades requiring staff supervision, visit the Big Trade Assistance (BTA) section. Please review the BTA: Request Format and Rules before posting to ensure an Admin/GM can assist you properly.

Reporting & Rules

Reporting an Abusive Player

If you spot a player breaking server rules, report them via the Report Player Section.

Required Report Format: 1. Offender's Character Name: 2. Reason for the report: 3. Unedited Evidence (Screenshot or Video):

⚠️ Warning: Biased reports or reports utilizing fabricated/edited evidence will result in punishment for the reporter.

Evidence Required for Specific Reports

All screenshots and videos must be 100% UNEDITED. We highly prefer video evidence for gameplay offenses.

Additional Services

Ban Appeals

If your account was blocked and you wish to appeal, create a thread in the Ban Appeal Section.

• Use the thread prefix/title format: [Ban Appeal] CharacterName
• You must strictly follow the Ban Appeal Format.

Character Transfer System

Moving from another server to InfinityMU? Fill out the Character Transfer Form with the following:

• Previous Server Name & EXP Rate
• Character Name on the previous server (include an unedited screenshot)
• Your new InfinityMU Character Name
• Reason why you are transferring to InfinityMU
