Acquisition

Pumpkin parts can be acquired in game. They drop from Fortune Pouches as non excellent +0 items. The Fortune Pouches appear in the yearly Halloween Invasion Event available during Halloween.

You can upgrade the items with full excellent options by using Jewel of Excellent.
